My license says it's in use by my desktop but when I open Lumion from it it says it is in Demo mode. Can you please release so I can use the license? Also, is there a way for us to do this ourselves. This seems to happen often.

Hi jasons, I've de-activated your license remotely - please try to activate Lumion again.
Just double-checking but are you aware of the fact that you need to de-activate the license in the Settings menu in Lumion every time you want to use Lumion on another PC?
