Yes, you need a more powerful graphics card:
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+X1950+Pro (http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+X1950+Pro)

For simple scenes, you can probably get by with a card that has about 1,500 PassMark points:
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html (http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html)

If you want to use Lumion for slightly more complex scenes, you'll need a card with say, at least 2,500 PassMark points (avoid Quadro and FirePro cards).

And very complex scenes would benefit from a card with at least 3,000 PassMark points.

This graphics card has only got 18(!) PassMark points, so you're going to need a much more powerful graphics card to be able to run Lumion properly:

Hi DarkVilla, please compare your card to the PassMark points requirements above:

Hi shmelss

What version of Lumion 3 are you trying to run?

Check that you have the latest NVIDIa Quadro drivers installed.
You need to  be running Window 7 64 bit or Windows 8 (8+) 64 bit.  I see you screencapture says Windows Server 2012.

Also that the Quadro is assigned when running Lumion in the NVIDIA Control Panel.

Hi shmelss

Would you please add your Lumion 3 license key to your forum Account (click here (http://forum.lumion3d.com//profile/?area=account), scroll to the bottom and enter your license number).

This will give you access to the Commercial Section of the forum, and other things.
