Please help me to find a solution to this problem
-
Hi Vu Le, Remko uses Adobe Premiere when he is editing all the official Lumion videos, so importing MP4s from Lumion should work fine.
1) Which resolution did you render the MP4 in? 1920x1080?
2) Which version of Premiere are you using?
3) Can you tell us what error message you're getting?
-
i use 1280x720 and adobe premiere cs3

3) Can you tell us what error message you're getting?

it is in french
"format de fichier non pris en charge ou fichier endomagé''

Hmm, "File format not supported" is a problem in Adobe Premiere, not an issue caused by Lumion.
I can see on Google that a lot of people have this problem with MP4 files in older versions of Adobe Premiere, regardless of where the MP4 files come from:

4) And you are able to play the Lumion MP4 file in Windows Media Player and in the QuickTime Player without problems?
-
no i don't have probleme to play the movie

Hi vu le
Try to rename the file extension from MP4 to MPG or M4V or maybe .mov and import in cs3....
And if it does not work:
