Title: Where is sunlight?
Post by: Member1514 on October 23, 2011, 09:00:15 pm
On the first picture there is a screenshot  view of my model in Lumion. Second shows a result of photo shooting this view. So where is a light through the windows?

Curios thing! There was a huge rock not far from windows. Evening sun was hidden behind. But program made view of sunlight as though a rock was absent! In the photo render regime an obstacle was taken into account by program and sun patches on the floor disappeared. When i raised a sun over the rock, sunshine on photo render showed up!

Hi Newman, you're right. When you render an MP4 or images in Movie and Photo mode, the entire terrain is rendered. However, in Build mode, the landscape is culled based on the distance to the camera in order to maintain a reasonable framerate.
