i'm re-install "LumionSP2-64-Build7"
Now, screen show " Already activated"
I can't activate Lumion
Help me..... |:(

I had this problem on a machine that also had installed an older version (Lumion 1.1). When uninstalled all old versions, including SafeNet Sentinel Key and just installed the latest version of Lumion, everything worked.

Had this happen before.
The Lumion Staff had to "unhang" me from the server or something like that.

You have to deactivate Lumion before you uninstall it, so that you can activate the new installation. I'll ask Arthur to help you fix the problem.

Please double-check that there's a working internet connection on the PC and try again.

We are having the same problem... I uninstalled Lumion 1 and reinstalled Lumion 2 and it still states that is is "Already activated" in red text. Can anyone help us?
