Hello Lumion team.
We know by the time the Free version to view our customer scenes work????
When we launched the Pro version 2, I understood it would appear at once and so I passed on to my clients and now I have no explanation to give. |:( |:( |:(

Please could you tell me anything about this? ??? ??? ??? ???
I'm confused about this.

Apologies if already explained in the forum and I have not heard.

Hi Seve, have patience with the team who are answering Lumion fellow forum with issues more important than yours.
Do not worry about your customers and tell them you lied and if you lose them as clients, no problem. Now you can get more work anywhere, and anytime, anywhere. You must remember you are in Spain, the country with more work around the globe.

Hi Severino, your clients can already view your exported scene files.

All they need to do is to:

1) Create a forum account
2) Download + install Lumion
3) Double-click on your exported scene file (the socalled .ls2 file)

Hi Morten, I remember I'm from Toledo and from this place, we have the head very hard, so I would like some more clarification.

I understand that the steps are:
1 My customers are recorded Lumion forum.
2 Download and install Lumion (But that Lumion?). ???
2. Open the file we have created with Lumion 2 Pro *. Ls2
