Hi ciscolara, if the project/sequence has the right settings, the clip should use the correct pixel aspect ratio. Perhaps the settings for the Sequence in your project are not set to use square pixels by default?

Anyway, here's what to do if you want to change the pixel aspect ratio of a clip:
Right-click on the clip in the Bin -> Modify -> Interpret footage -> Conform to -> Square pixels

1) Which version of Lumion are you using?

2) Can you upload a raw MP4 from Lumion that does not seem to have the right pixel aspect ratio?
