Removing the center screen pointer (target)?

My PC seems to be to slow to run the record the animation.

I was wondering if I could do this simply by recording my movement in the "Build mode" by using some desktop recording application (CamStudio or similar).

The only question I do have, is: Is there a way I can remove that "center screen (target) pointer" ?

If I can, how can I do that? I hope I am not braking any of the Lumion rules or property laws, by asking such a "editing" question.

Thank you for the replies.

Presume you mean the world 0,0,0 axis (see pic).

You can turn off the display of that by turning off the Show FPS in the Settings screen.

You might find trying to record from screen using some screen capture tool will result in poor performance or dropped frames in any case if your PC is so slow.

Note that what you see on screen in Build Mode is not the full quality resolution or application of all effects etc, so the quality you may end up capturing may not do justice to either the scene you are doing or to Lumion.

Have a look before trying screecaps at using lower output quality settings in video render as well as maybe using the Low Memory flag in Settings.

Also, when rendering you have choices of output format, and of course even if it seems slow when rendering the video animation it is producing a final result for you.  Nothing is instantaneuos (yet).

I think he wants to hide the crosshair (which is also in the Settings menu).
