Hi,

I have a problem with the position of my trees, when I use the trees one by one, I have no problem [image 1], they are at the right place but when I use the shortcut (Ctrl + left click) for several trees, they find themselves in the wrong place on the lumion ground. [image2]

Windows 7 64 Bits
Lumion ultimate 2.1

PS : I have this problem with all objects, not just trees. ...

Best Regards.

We all have this problem with imported mesh terrains.

Same for Lumion 1.
Does it make you want to fall asleep when doing big terrains...one tree by one tree.   :-\
lock import terrain - raise lumion terrain above all locked imported terrain- lower all lumion terrain slowly until imported terrain appears just above lowered lumion terrain- drop chunks of trees.  only option i know other than paying to get out of jail.

Somewhere on the forum Morten gives the height scale of the grayscale heightmaps that can be imported to modify the Lumion terrain. I tested it and it works quite accurately.

You can convert your terrain meshes to heightmaps by mapping a grayscale gradient vertically and import meshes only for the parts that are too detailed for the Lumion terrain resolution.
