Ok,

Thanks for your answer.

If i test the demo on my pc and if it's ok can you tell me if it'll run correctly with Basic Lumion and with Ultimate Lumion too on my config 64 bits windows seven.

thanks.

Basic and ultimate run the same so it's safe to say ultimate will probably work fine.

Hi

I'm using Quadro 4000 with tesla configuration and SP2 works better than Update 1. The configuration is: 2xQuadCore 2.53, 16 Gb Ram and 1 Tb hardisk.

I can't use all the power of Quadro Card with Lumion, but even in this situation I got suitable results. I know Remko is working and testing with Quadro Card since 2-3 months, I hope you'll find and optimization for this kind of graphics cards

I hope this information is useful for you.

I used a Quadro 4000, 8 Go of Ram with I7 3.2 Ghtz & Lumion Sp2 build2 -64 bit under Seven and all is perfect! I just advise you to install the 64 bits version for rendering.

Enjoy

Really? No problems with the trees? I have a problem with trees in the 64 bit version. I think it's 3D card specific so we're still investigating.

(The bottom 30cm of trees are indeed missing in the 64-bit version but so far it only seems to affect nVidia 4xx/5xx cards with certain drivers. If anyone else has experienced this problem, please let us know)

I got Nvidia quadro 4000 with driver version 275.36.
I just double check but no bugs appear on trees. Everything is allrigth.
Which sort of other bug did you notice?

I'm sure look at this link :

275.36 WHQL
Release Date:
2011.06.02
Operating System:
Windows Vista 64-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
Language:
English (U.S.)

Researching this problem and it occurs on my GeForce 480 GTX too. Does not seem to effect the final render though!

Ok I catch it.
In fact when i was opening a project done with Lumion 32bits with Lumion 64 bits there was no bug.
If I create a new project with Lumion 64 bits, the bug appear like in the picture at left. But if I left Click in continue anywhere, the bug disapear like at rigth in the picture. It appears again if I release the left click. If it could help...

Config :
Lumion sp2 64 bits
Windows 7, 6 Go ram
Quadro 600 ( I'll test with the 4000 today).

Hello!

I need help or advise....

I tried to download and install the Lumion demo to test it on my machine and I could not get it to start up past the splash page.

My computer specs are Windows XP, Dell Workstation T7400, Quadcore 3 Ghz, 3GB RAM and my current video card is Nvidia Quadro FX 5600.  It seems like there are issues with the Quadro cards.

Do you think it would be better if I upgraded to the GEforce series card....I am considering the Geforce 460.....

Any insights much appreciated....

Thanks!

Randy
