you can use 1 copy on 30 pcs if you activate/deactivate the licence on every switch on PC, the licence will be bound to 1 user account also.

See3D gave you the correct answer for how to use one license on 30pc's.
or
30 licenses of Ultimate = €44,970
30 licenses of basic = €23,970

If I was the Lumion Development team I wouldn't give any discount to any University for bulk purchasing.  They can more than easily afford it.

Perhaps you should try to email them personally since you are dealing with such a large purchase order.  Some things are better handled privately, particularly when it comes to $$$$$ and universities.  Better yet - have a professor who is in charge of making such purchases contact the Lumion team directly - surely they will reply.   :)

Wait,  where is it stated that a student version is 125 Eu?

Also technically the demo version could kind of be viewed that way. It never expires and (I think?) it gets updates with the actual one. You can also render full HD with it with no (or a long) time limit. You can also import your models into it... soooo... you can indeed learn with it. It has a watermark at the top, but it's hardly intrusive.
