Hi attached has very low res trees, even on highest setting my card can go, three star, strange it works fine for ages then it jumps into this mode and cant be coaxed back, have tried different resolutions etc, and I seem to remember once it gets into this state the  movie rendering also looks like this. I have a  8800gts.

That looks like a bug on our side!

Any idea how you can trigger this to happen?

The same thing happened to me once.
But after creating a video output.

When finished rendering the video was good, but the viewport the program was like this picture.

Luckily I always save two files, one original and one as backup.

And other problem: videos less than 10 seconds has been wrong with me. The video turned green.
So I saved as JPG sequence to succeed.

... But the JPG must be converted by another program, 'cos it doesn't open in After Effects, in Adobe Premiere or Photoshop ... Just open the "View Image" for Windows

Yep, I'm using a freeware program: "John's Image Converter 2.1"

It's worked.

The low res trees may have happened after I resized the Lumion window to a larger size, the lumion window turned white, I then reduced window size and then the image re appeared, but the trees appeared as low res.
