I'm currently d/l'ing the free version, having viewed a few tutorials, and looking at some outstanding you tube videos using Lumion, the question in my topic comes to mind.

No.

Lumion's focus is on doing other things.  :)

You would need to create the terrain with the tunnel in oyur DCC and then import as mesh.
