I have a HP DV7 laptop with 512 NVIDA graphics card and 4GB Ram but when ever i am trying to export a image form lumion at the preset desktop image size my screen goes black then  a notification comes up that my graphics encounter a critical problem then the laptop goes into to hibernation mode.. And to add to this i can even export in a video format without the same thing happening.

On the paper, your graphic card seems to be enough to run Lumion... So maybe update your graphic card firmware.

if it doesn't work i can't help more sorry... The Lumion staff will probably help you more ;) just be patient...

For the story i had quite same problems on my old PC (core i5, 2Go ram, quadro fx 580)... the problem disappeared by changing my graphic card with a Nvidia GTX 580  :D) It works with cheapper graphic cards off course but if it's for work i highly recommand the best graphic card possible...
