How to control Camera speed when we create a Movie?

Thanks for this great program it is really unbelievable,
 

My question is how to control camera speed while recording a movie threw the command (Record) then (take photo)  I did not find any thing to control the speed of the camera while moving from a view to the other one and how to let the camera stop for a while then to continue the movement after a few seconds.

You can add a movie effect that sets the length of a clip This will influence the camera speed. You can also take multipe shots of the same spot in order to let the camera be at that spot for a longer time. You can also take more shots when moving the camera. The more shots you take in a certain path, the slower the camera will move.

cut clip will help too but in the latest release (RC7) is buggy.

Just been reading this thread as I would like to slow my animations down too.  Can someone tell me where I can find the movie effects please?

The clipspeed effect (the one you need) is under the Clip Effects Icon (3>icon nr3 on the pic).
Note you can only apply this effect on a clip. It does not work on Whole Movie.
