Hi Ayad Mohsen, graphics cards with M in the name are less powerful mobile graphics cards for laptops. It is very costly and sometimes impossible to replace laptop graphics cards.

1) Do you want to buy a new laptop PC that has a decent graphics card for Lumion?

2) Or do you want to buy a graphics card for your desktop PC? If so, please let us know what the full name of the PC is (Manufacturer name + product name). It might also help if you run "DXdiag" in the Windows Start menu -> Click on "Save All Information", and attach the dxdiag.txt document to your next post (Click on "+ Additional Options" below the text field). This allows us to check which hardware you are using.

The first step is to contact your laptop manufacturer (HP) to find out if it's possible to upgrade the built-in graphics card. If they say yes, ask them which graphics cards they can offer.

now i can use the lumion3d v2 but with out shadow to trees

As Peter already said in the other post where you asked the same question, you need to update your graphics card driver software to be able to see the shadows from the trees and cars. Please select the graphics card from the menu on this page and follow the instructions to install the software:

It's below the text field when you reply to posts:

Hi Ayad Mohsen,

Please run "DXdiag" in the Windows Start menu -> Click on "Save All Information", and attach the dxdiag.txt document to your next post (Click on "+ Additional Options" below the text field). This allows us to see which graphics card you have, how much on-board memory the graphics card has and to doublecheck whether you have installed the latest driver version.

P.S. Since we don't know which graphics card you have, it is possible that it hasn't got enough on-board memory. As a test, please turn on Settings -> Enable Low Mem Compatibility and try to render it again.

P.P.S. If this is the HP DV6 you have, it ships with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 graphics card:
http://www.cnet.com/laptops/hp-pavilion-dv6-1260se/4505-3121_7-33703086.html

Unfortunately this card is not powerful enough to run Lumion:

Hi Ayad Mohsen, the good news is that you now have the right graphics card driver version (Driver Version: 8.961.0.0), but the bad news is that your card (the ATI/AMD 4500M series) isn't powerful enough to run Lumion properly; Dxdiag.txt shows that it only has 512MB dedicated on-board memory.

In addition, an ATI/AMD Mobility Radeon HD 4530 / 4570 only has 330 PassMark points. A 4550 has 319 points etc:
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/mid_range_gpus.html

You need at least 1,500 PassMark points for simple scenes:

Your card (the ATI/AMD 4500M series) isn't powerful enough to run Lumion properly; this is most likely why you are seeing these graphical glitches; as an example, an ATI/AMD Mobility Radeon HD 4530 / 4570 only has 330 PassMark points. A 4550 has 319 points etc:

If they say no, you will have to use a PC with a more powerful graphics card for Lumion.
