Dear sir

I just bought your lumion3d ,and I got the email which tell me the steps to use lumion. but I loged in and can not download the lumion. It shows the information "You either don't have acces to this topic or it does not exist. Some topics require you to log in."
So What would I do ? my order number is 8851544
 BY the way , how to register as a licensed member?
pls give me soultion ASAP

You should be able to download now and your account has Licensed status.

Hi Remoke

I download Lumion3d 64Bit and installed it, I 'm going to use it in win7 64bit. But I can not startup it though I loged in this forum. No license screen poped up , Only showed many dll files which looks like lost. So What does it means? could I use lumion3d during waiting for the product package  you mail to me.

Can you try the 32 bit version also please? That might work.

After update 2 we'll have a new system which allows you to upgrade your account by entering the product code in your profile. Probably you have used another email address when you purchased Lumion. We downgraded that forum account and upgraded this one.

In the new system Lumion licenses are tied to your forum account so you will have to enter login+pass the first time you start Lumion. When you buy plug-ins they are linked to your Lumion license key. It will be very easy to transfer the key to someone else by simply unlinking it from your forum account.

I am now trying to download build two but when I go to the Customer Area It says that I do not have a product key linked to this account. I assume that is the number on the inside of the Lumion CD Case. I enter that number and it does not work. Is the product key still linked to the account that was downgraded? Please Help!

YOu should have received an email with your new licence number, the one of the dvd box will not work for SP2

You should have received an email with your new key.
Please contact me directly using PM, preferrably with your order info (or the license key nr on your box
) and we will arrange the rest.

You should hav gotten the code in an email. New orders wil get the code directly after payment improvement. The code was sent to the email address that was used to place the order so that might be the reason by you did not receive an email about the code. You can always contact us to get your code.
