2. How to merge, from studies in Lumio?

Hi nettonik,

1. You export from 3ds max or maya to Lumion, not the other way around. Think of Lumion as the final stage in your pipeline.

2. Currently thats not possible. All your imported models however are saved with the materials you create so you can easily put them in multiple scenes.

would be nice to have a merge function to merge all plants and/or objects in another scene...like 3ds Max does.

You could select for example all trees you (manual) randomized in previous scene (a lot of work) and then apply the forest over the new landscape.

Manually you will place buildings, characters and animals, but they will be the same like the previous scene.

This example is valid if you created a crowd placing hundreds of imported or Lumion characters.

In 3DS Max I use RPC. In one scene I created group of pleople to fill a square (for example). Every time I design a large place I merge that group.

I will add this feature to the wish list features:

- merge objects

- save selection

Merge objects: Campanella beat you to it, Gabriele Smile

I've added "Save Selected Objects" to the wish list though.
