Can not Activate new 2.2 say already activated

I no longer can get into my Lumion any version?
It tells me that it is already activated but the new 2.2 and the older one are not active and can not work in them....

I see you have 2 licenses attached to your account. To use multiple licenses, go to 'Account Settings' and see the Dialog 'Manage license keys'. The 'Help' link shows you how it works.

Also I'm trying to add our 2nd license to the Manage license keys and when I paste the code into add more keys it doesn't add that other license to my domain?  This issue is hours after the already active issue I'm having.  Nothing is working right for me today!

I can't get the 2nd license added to it?

I only see one line item for Key and not 2 Keys listed?  I'm trying to upgrade to Pro and want to get these listed together.

Yes. The documentation in the Account Settings explains how it works:

You can specify a domain: mycompany domain password: mypassword and a key alias: myalias

You login with [email protected] and your password mypassword.
