Hi Guys,  I have Lumion Basic which enables me to use the Motion feature for such things people and car animations within lumion, but I'm assuming there is a separate Animation capability and is only in the Ultimate version? Is this correct?

Hi blendman, Service Pack 2 made it possible for Lumion Ultimate users to import animations from 3rd party applications such as 3DS Max. This function will be part of the upcoming Animation Plugin.

OK - that being said - are there low cost applications that will also create animation that will work with Lumion? Maybe Blender?

TIA!

Lumion Ultimate (and the upcoming Animation Plugin) can import move/rotate/scale animations saved in Collada and FBX formats (but FBX works best). I'll ask Artur if he has tested animations from Blender in Lumion.
