Activation problems!

Hi Lumion,

I follow all your instruction.
Installed Lumion 64 SP2 on my workstation
Activated my Lumion copy with login and password
I tested some scene
I restarted Lumion
Now Lumion says that is in demo mode
I click Activate
re-insert my login e password
Lumion says "Already activated"
I click "esc" because there is no other option
Lumion is in demo mode

What I have to do now?

ok,
restarted the workstation and now it works...
...plugin Trees enabled but I don't have the models, no bounding box on new models when I try to put some tree.

but the licensing issue persist

after having restarted Lumion now is in Demo mode again...

Vista Ultimate 64 (dual xeon 16Gb)

I got my e-mail, went into my page and copy pasted my new license.....Then I downloaded the sp2 64bit version(took about 2 hours)  .....   

Problems then occured when I tried to run the software:

I installed the software, but when I open/ run it, it says that there is a .dll missing and well.....there you go....doesn't work.

Try 32 bit. A new 64 bit version will be available soon.

OK.....I finally got the 32 bit version downloaded, BUT....when I try to activate it, it says "Incorrect Login".   

I'm using the same name and password that I do on the website?  So what's the problem now?

Log off the forum, and retry to login.,check your licence shows in Account settings

I'm looking at all the issues that are appearing in the forum and honestly I'm getting scared Lumion install SP2, as well as the plugin package that we install. Therefore I'd like to answer some of the following questions:
  1 .- We can install SP2 Lumion or have to resolve a question that requires us to desistalar and reinstall.
2 .- You can download the plugin that we can buy, although we have no Lumion INTAL SP2 and install it.
3 .- We would like to know if buying the rest of the plugin, ie the remaining four have some type of offer, because as I have read each plugin package worth 150 €.

We sincerely believe that your program is fascinating, but the price of the plugin out to be a bit excessive.

I logged out, logged back in, over, under, around.........rebooted computer....yelled a few times, laughed a little, re-tried a few of these previous things and still got the same result: INCORRECT LOGIN

I had same issue, I then reset my password (they emailed me a new one) and it worked.

Also no matter you are logged in to the forums, you may still need to be logged in to the Customer Area separately (it does ask for a login - the username/password is the same)

Hi Pete, thanks for the info. I have done the same changing the login password in the account setting page and all of a suddenly the activation worked. Horay!! Thanks mate.

I had same issue, I then reset my password (they emailed me a new one) and it worked.
