For what do I need 60 or even more fps in movie mode?I can't imagine of any use for it. Isn't pal 25 and NTSC 30?

PAL is 25fps and NTSC is 29.97fps.

The people/animal animations were made smoother in 2.2.1, so that you no longer get weird jittery legs on walking characters or birds that pause in mid-air every few frames.

So if you render a movie at 60 or 200fps, and add it to a 25/30fps project in Premiere, you can make a pretty cool slow motion effect.

You can also use it for creating interlaced 25/30 fps animations.
