Hi Abnerjair, you need to create a plane in your 3D modelling application, and assign a texture of a person to the plane. The texture requires a black and white alpha channel which works as a mask. Lumion only uses 1-bit alpha, so in this example, the alpha channel needs to be a white silhouette of the person on a black background. Acceptable file formats for textures with alpha channels are TGA, BMP, TIF, PNG and DDS.
Then import the plane in Lumion, and assign a Billboard material to it, so that it always faces the camera:
Edit Materials -> Custom tab -> Billboard material
