Hi, i use SKETCHUP and LUMION FREE for educational purpose. I believe LUMION is great tool for sketchup real-time animations.

But, I have problem with Lumion Free. The problem is that, when i export Collado from SKETCHUP and import to LUMION FREE... it don't show some textures... as you can see on pictures that i attach...

Also, my PC information is:
  Windows 7 x64bit
  Ram 8GB
  Nvidia Quadro 600 1GB

and i am thinking to replace Nvidia Quadro 600 1GB  with  Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti 1 GB

it would be better or not?

Thanks.

Hi john16,

Could you send me this skp file for tests?
my email: artur.brzegowy(at)act-3d.com

What version of SketchUp do you use?

Also, could you show a monochrome rendered image (from SketchUp)? There may be some face orientation issues there...

Hi John16,

I tested your example file in Lumion 2 and it works correctly.
Have you been still using Lumion 1?

Thanks for replying Artur Brzegowy, Gaieus and Morten.

I will try to render, monochrome rendered image. Maybe, it would have some face orientation issues.

 ;) Thanks.

Try exporting your building using the FBX exporter from SketchUp if you cant get the Collada working as expected,  FBX works as a solid solution for SkUp (Free) and Lumion 1 Free.  See topics elsewhere on forum.

Presume you have checked and corrected all faces and materials in SkUp are correct for export.
