Hello,

is there a way simply to ignore the message "The graphics card was unable to allocate memory for the 3D points in this scene"? My Lumion 5.0 works although with all its components and functions... Just can not work while this message is opened and this happens about every 2-5 seconds.

Thanks in advance!

Not enough memory means not enough memory, so it sounds like your scene is too complex for the graphics card you're using.

1) I assume you already checked how many PassMark points your graphics card has to be sure it meets the minimum requirements for running Lumion?

2) Can you post a screenshot of the Lumion benchmark results please?

3) Please provide us with the full PC specifications (graphics card, CPU, system memory). The easiest way to get the specifications of a PC is to open Lumion and go to the benchmark section, then click on the DXDiag button, wait for a while and attach the .txt file to your next reply.
