I just completed this one in version 4.0.2.  Lumion's overall environment lighting is getting much better - clouds, sun bloom etc.

This was modeled in 3dsMax
Set-up took one day
Renderings took 30 seconds - 3840 x 2160
Nvidia GeForce GTX 580

Only suggestion I have is to make the road striping more of a paint on the road rather than a solid. All those little blemishes and imperfections in the road should also show on the striping.

Other than that, this is a great image, not even considering how much time you put in to it!

I think this is image of the year ;), really great.
It will be great to have a video animation to see this model and comparing the new Lumion 4 effect.
Thanks for sharing

That has a lot of poly's/triangles/whatever.... You can see them pinching on the building.

 :D    Nice shot.   :-D

Cool pic. You can always cut the road. It throws the scale of things into the bin.
I mean cut it up to the car. It will improve the overall comp.

nice image,3d max mesh edit is about the coolest feature in max....the frame around the train is a little stretched however the frame around the building spot on, i would make the train entry  to the building much bigger as it is at this moment doesn't look convincing.that`s just my opinion
